Rates Website Design Fees All websites are uniquely tailored to the needs of the business. All fees are based on the amount  of content and graphics/photos contained within your web site. Rates are based on a variety of factors. One type of site may be more complex than another. All quotes are based on per page and content including amount of text, graphics and photos. Initial website design fee includes custom layout and structure of a site. Website hosting is $19.98 per month.  Or lower if paid yearly. EXCELLENT price, compare elsewhere. After learning about your business and your particular website requirements, I will put together a detailed estimate. Once the estimate is accepted, a deposit of one-half total design fee is required. I will then construct a website homepage draft for your review. Note: I may design more than one draft if your requirements aren't very specific. On approval of homepage draft, we will complete the development of your site. Website Maintenance Fees Pollock-Smith Web Design© offers website maintenance and updating to their clients at a rate of $80/hour. Minimum maintenance fee of $40.00 is applied if updating takes 1/2 hour or less, billed on a monthly basis. I offer a quick turnaround on website updates. Updates are usually completed within 48 hours (except holidays and weekends) Having me maintain your website provides you with the time needed to run your business instead of spending numerous hours learning how to maintain your site.
